Have Asthma?...Starting Swimming!

According to exercise physiologist experts, swimming is the most asthma-friendly sport of all, but other sports such as cycling, canoeing, sailing and walking are also good.
Asthma doesn't have to hold-back one's performance in sport related activities. In fact, over 10% percent of the US Olympic Swim Team were asthmatics – and between them they won 31 medals in the 2012 Summer Olypmics held in London.
