Don't Skip Breakfast - studies have shown time and time again that a proper balanced breakfast is one of the most important thing you can do if you're trying to shed off some extra weight or give your body and mind the best start to the day.

Here are a few suggestions of what a balanced breakfast should consist of:
- fresh fruit
- low-fat milk or yoghurt
- whole grain toast
- an egg (poached or boiled)
- high-fibre breakfast cereal or oatmeal
